Versatube Carports & Garages

These units utilize a 2"x 3" "Allied Tube" galvanized frame using a swaged tube design, allowing the frame to be packaged small enough to be carried in a pickup truck. Erection is done by sliding the components together and securing the joint with self-drilling screws. Steel sheeting is then applied to the frame; roof only for a carport, or endwalls and sidewalls can be enclosed completely. Large doors can be installed in the endwalls. Purlins and girts can be added to the basic frame to allow vertical placement of the sheeting, creating garages. Versatube building sizes range from 10' to 35' clearspan; lengths start at 20' and increase in various increments, side wall height starts at 7'6" with maximum being 12'6". Engineering is available to 120 mph windloads, and up to 140 mph in selected areas.
